2022 Pinot Gris

Aromas of fresh peaches, golden delicious apple, mango and candied ginger prance out of the glass, accented with some delicate nuances of brioche topped with orange marmalade.  A lively attack on the palate, flavours of juicy peach and freshly cut pineapple tickle the taste buds, carrying a long lingering mouthwatering finish.

The Crowd Pleaser!  A great wine for casual gatherings with friends, sharing tapas, cheese and charcuterie. It’s really quite a versatile wine, great for fish tacos with sweet corn pico de gallo or some corn-on-the-cob with cilantro butter, even chilled seafood and oysters. The bright acidity will work well with sushi and chilled Asian noodle slaws. Perhaps try an arugula salad with Parmesan and sundried tomatoes, or a Neapolitan pizza with arugula.
