Reporting to the Hospitality Coordinator, the job of a hospitality team member is to participate in all
functions of bistro and tasting room of food and beverages, process sales of wine, merchandise, and
food using Light Speed.
The responsibilities of a Hospitality Team member include, but are not limited to:
Greet guests, enthusiastically represent O’Rourke’s Peak Cellars brand, in an effort to provide a
memorable, knowledgeable experience
Organized and proactive service of food & beverage to our guests, according to menu and daily
Continually seek information about the menu, wine industry, the brand, winemaking, wine club,
